Job Descriptions
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances from branches to ensure timely payment.
- Verify the accuracy of data and record it in the accounting system.
- Verify the accuracy of tax invoices/electronic receipts.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Prepare reports and record entries for monthly financial closing.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี การบัญชี, การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุ 23-30 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี และ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์และรับผิดชอบงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- Pro-Active and good communication skill
- หากเคยใช้โปรแกรม SAP, ERP, Oracle (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
