Job Descriptions

- Refer daily , monthly plan and allocate manpower accordingly. - Plan of material consumption usage. - Track and control the material usage included lot number traceability as per the order sheet. - Ensure safety, 5s of shop floor and contamination prevention. - Prepare skill matrix of operators and provide/ arrange for training to bridge the gaps. - Give feedback to planner about work progress. - Track the process rejection .Plan and implement the improvement actions to control/ reduce the rejections - Maintain shop floor discipline and take appropriate actions against the defaulters. -

Qualifications

Male, Age 30 Years Old up
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 7 years of experience with injection molding operations
