Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบสั่งซื้อ และใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- บันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และรายการจ่ายชำระหนี้ลงในระบบบัญชีของบริษัท
- จัดทำเช็ค ใบโอนเงิน หรือเอกสารการจ่ายเงินอื่นๆ ให้แก่เจ้าหนี้
- ตรวจสอบและยื่นภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด.3, ภงด.53) และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภพ.30) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจ่ายเงิน
- จัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบ
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุเจ้าหนี้ (AP Aging Report)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านภาษีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และระบบบัญชี (เช่น SAP, Oracle, Express) ได้ดี
