Recruitment Manager | ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสรรหา Location: Ekamai, Bangkok Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience + incentives ENGLISH VERSION About the Role: Prosper Recruitment is looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring and placement operations across Thailand and overseas markets. You will manage recruitment pipelines, build agency partnerships, and ensure timely placement of workers for hospitality, food processing, logistics, and other labor sectors. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in recruitment or staffing agency (international recruitment preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Thai, good English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of labor laws and overseas deployment procedures is a plus
Able to work independently and handle multiple projects
