Job Descriptions
1. วางแผน ควบคุมงาน กำกับดูแล และตรวจสอบการปฎิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท 2. ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต และควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในแผนกให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต และเป้าหมาย 3.ติดตามกระบวนการการผลิตให้ดำเนินการตามแผนผลิตที่ได้วางแผนไว้ 4.ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และแก้ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต 5.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร และระบบงานต่างๆในทุกๆระบบ 6.วางแผน แก้ปัญหา และพัฒนาระบบงานของฝ่ายต่างๆให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด 7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8.การควบคุม ดูแลทีมงานให้ทำงานตามเป้าหมายการผลิตที่ได้วางไว้ 9.ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และปฎิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างเคร่งครัด
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 30-40 ปี เท่านั้น
  2. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ในสาขาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม , เครื่องกล และไฟฟ้า การบริหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการผลิตงานขึ้นรูป งานกลึงบาร์
  4. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการกลึงด้วยเครื่องจักร CNC LATHE / MACHINE CENTER
  5. สามารถดูแบบ อ่านแบบ Drawing และ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานได้
  6. มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการ โรงงาน
  7. มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายโรงงาน หรือ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
