Job Descriptions

•Act as the Person in Charge for managing customer complaints and coordinating with customers. •Coordinate on-site sorting activities and interim containment actions at the customer facility, in alignment with internal activities. •Lead problem-solving efforts for all customer quality concerns, serve as the interface between the customer and the internal problem-solving team. •Review and monitor customer ratings/scorecards, customer portals, and corrective and preventive actions. •Serve as the Customer Quality Representative to address customer-specific requirements. •Actively participate in the change process (PCR, ECR/ECN) during the production phase. •Manage customer PPAP/PSW submissions related to change management during mass production. •Support internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits. •Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding customer chargeback costs. •Prepare and analyze monthly Quality Status Reports. •Submit and communicate monthly and other required documents to customers in accordance with their requirements. •Perform general tasks as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
