Job Descriptions
•Check quality of bulk produce shades after dyeing. •Need to work as per requirement of department. •Basic knowledge about wool and its blends. •Ensuring timely and correct delivery of report •Technical training of workmen •Calibration of lab machines (textile QA & QC) •Assess and impart training to develop multi skilled workmen •Know about colour matching system •Monitor implementation of quality standards in the department. •Some primary knowledge of spinning department •Basic knowledge of spinning .
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Dyeing Technology, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in dyeing or textile production, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Knowledge of dyeing processes, dyeing machinery, Dyes testing, chemical testing and raw material testing .
  4. Leadership and team management skills.
  5. Proficiency in using MS Office and quality management software.
