Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Daily Reconciliation) และจัดทำการออกเอกสารการรับชำระ (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี) ซึ่งเกี่ยวกับค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน 2.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อขอข้อมูลมาจัดทำการออกเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วนภายในเดือนที่มีการรับชำระ 3.ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีขายจากการรับชำระค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆของบริษัทกับใบกำกับภาษี 4.จัดทำรายงานและกระทบยอด รายการเงินมัดจำที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินเชื่อ จากการโอนเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารของบริษัททุกช่องทาง 5.จัดทำการบันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับรายจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียม (กรณีทางธนาคารหักเงินในบัญชีอัตโนมัติ) 6.จัดทำรายงานสรุปการรับชำระประจำวันเพื่อกระทบยอดกับบัญชีลูกหนี้เช่าซื้อ ลูกหนี้จำนำทะเบียน และลูกหนี้อื่นๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน 7.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ในแผนกบัญชีลูกหนี้
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้เช่าซื้อ/เงินกู้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
  5. ภาษาอังกฤษ อ่าน-เขียนในงานบัญชีเบื้องต้น
  6. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์เคยทำบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรม Oracle จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
