-บริหารจัดการ และกำกับดูแลกระบวนการสรรหา
-ดำเนินการสรรหาพนักงานทั้งในส่วนที่ออฟฟิศและฝ่ายผลิตให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท
-ดูแลสื่อประกาศรับสมัครงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตามช่องทางต่างๆ
-สัมภาษณ์ ทดสอบ และคัดเลือก ตามกระบวนการอย่างมีประสิทธิ์ภาพ
วางแผนและดำเนินการสรรหาเชิงรุกตามภูมิภาคต่าง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานสรรหาว่าจ้างและที่เกี่ยวข้องตั้งแต่ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการสัมภาษณ์งานและวิเคราะห์ผู้สมัคร
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันและระยะเวลาที่มีจำกัดได้
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานที่ดี
