Job Descriptions

- Create a plan, control, and standardize of production. - Control production line run smoothly. - Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project. - Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products. - Solve the problem that happen in production line. - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. - Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. - Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. - Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. - Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Good command of English or Chinese
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving with strong technical expertise.
Have working experience about Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and independently, with a high sense of responsibility.
Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
Have working experience about production control in manufacturing of motor is preferable.
