Job Descriptions
- บันทึกรายการทางบัญชี เช่น รายรับ รายจ่าย เงินสด
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชีก่อนบันทึก
- ตรวจสอบใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบสำคัญต่างๆ
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินเบื้องต้น เช่น งบรายรับ-รายจ่าย, งบดุล, งบกำไรขาดทุน เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- จัดทำเอกสารและควบคุมเอกสารต่าง ๆ ภายในแผนก
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีความรู้เรื่องบัญชีและภาษีพื้นฐาน
- ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีหรือ Excel ได้
- วุฒิ ปวส.หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบสำคัญต่างๆ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
