Job Descriptions

-Manage daily airfreight export and import operations from booking to final delivery. -Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, customs brokers, and transport vendors. -Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWB, HAWB, manifest, invoices, packing lists). -Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws. -Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues. -Liaise with customers to provide updates, solve operational problems, and ensure service satisfaction. -Input data into the logistics management system and maintain accurate records. -Support billing and invoice generation for airfreight services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in airfreight operations for import and export, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
Knowledge of air cargo processes, airline procedures, and INCOTERMS
Has Good command of English.
