Job Descriptions
1.Assist with on-site administrative and HR tasks
2.Handle staff attendance, onboarding/offboarding, and personnel file management
3. Support communication between the site and headquarters
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related degree
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Good command of Chinese is an advantage.
- His/her experiences in HR roles and/or adminitration is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proactive, organized, and able to adapt to a construction site environment
- Work visa support, meals, and accommodation provided (based on project arrangement)
