Job Descriptions
-Oversee daily service operations: breakfast buffet, room service, dinner, and bar.
-Lead and manage service staff, bar, and hostess teams.
-Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
-Schedule staff shifts and conduct training programs.
-Address customer feedback and resolve service issues.
-Coordinate with kitchen, hotel departments, and events teams.
Qualifications
- Aged 23 - 30 Year
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in restaurants or hotels
- Proven knowledge of buffet service, room service, and à la carte dining
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good proficiency in English for service operations
