Job Descriptions
Supervise and provide technical guidance to the production team Control the quality of products to meet the specified standards Improve area safety and efficiency through regular auditing and continuous improvement Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for injection molding processes Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow. Assist in programming of injection molding robots for part removal as well as interaction with advanced automation systems.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  2. 7 years Production supervisor or related experience, working with plastic injection molding or painting process in manufacturing business.
  3. Knowledge of injection molding machines, equipment, and painting processes.
  4. Paint improvement, robot conveyer and paint system knowledge

  6. Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
