Job Descriptions
1. ประสานกับบริษัท Shipping เรื่องส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า 2. ตรวจสอบและติดตามเอกสารการนำเข้า (Inv. /PL./ BL/ใบขน/Ocean Fr./FEและอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง) 3. จัดทำแพลนส่งสินค้า(ภายในบริษัท/ชิปปิ้ง) 4. งานสั่งปล่อย 5. ยื่นTISI (วัตถุดิบบางชนิดของบริษัทฯ) 6. ตัดสต็อคBOI 7. ยื่นขยายการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบBOI / เครื่องจักร / เปิดดำเนินการ 8. งานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า/BOI 9. และงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการค้าระหว่างประเทศและการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ และหรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ BOI นำเข้าหรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย （ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน）ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว ถ้าได้ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ เพราะต้องติดต่อกับต่างประเทศด้วย (ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่งผ่าน E-mail)
  6. มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี และความรับผิดชอบสูง
  7. มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
  8. เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมของบริษัท สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่ง
