Job Descriptions
1. งานพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ 2. วางระบบการทำงาน HR 3. บริหารงานบุคคลทั้งหมด ได้แก่ สรรหาบุคคลากร, ตรวจเงินเดือน, ฝึกอบรม, สวัสดิการ 4. งานต่างด้าว Visa, Work permit 5. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี (สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์/อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานบุคคล 4 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้เรื่อง ปกส.กองทุนทดแทน กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ภงด.
  5. มีความรู้โครงสร้างเงินเดือน
  6. มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน
  7. มีความรู้เรื่องระบบประเมินผล (KPI&Competency)
  8. มีความรู้เรื่องการส่งเอกสารราชการ เช่น ปกส กท.ภงด
  9. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจ้างงานต่างด้าว การทำเอกสาร
