Job Descriptions
Product Data Entry Agent is responsible for information input, verification of information inputted and the visual clarity of product images. Duties include heavy data entering product browser application, and creating and updating items in the system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Entering product data from source documents and websites within time limits. 2. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. 3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. 4. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. 5. Apply data program techniques and procedures. 6. Ensure proper use of data program and address any malfunctions or function improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in any related fields; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
  2. Familiarity with administrative duties, and product browsing online
  3. Good English reading comprehension
  4. Experience with MS Office, data programs
  5. Fast learning and attention to detail
  6. Typing speed and accuracy
  7. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  8. Data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, is an advantage.
