Compliance Specialist
สถานที่ทำงาน ยูนิลิเวอร์ MRTพระราม 9
จันทร์-ศุกร์ 9.00-18.00 น.
-หน้าที่ด้าน Compliance สำหรับบริการ e-Payment/e-Money:
-ติดตามและตีความกฎหมาย/ระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมจัดทำนโยบายให้สอดคล้อง
-ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงาน ป้องกันความเสี่ยง เช่น การฟอกเงินหรือฉ้อโกง
-ประเมินความเสี่ยงจากบริการหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงาน
-เป็นตัวแทนติดต่อกับหน่วยงาน ปปง. และ แบงก์ชาติ
-พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้ทันต่อแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรม และให้สอดคล้องต่อนโยบายทางรัฐ(ปปง.)
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ Compliance ในสายธุรกิจประกัน, E-payment, ธนาคาร 2 ปีขึ้นไป
