Job Descriptions
1.Issue export invoice and packing list. 2.Booking export shipment with freight forwarder. 3.Local content request before issue FROM E. 4.Key request FROM FTA in system. 5.Contact DFT government officials for issue FROM FTA. 6.Check and confirm HS code for import and export . 7.Check and confirm import and export draft paperless. 8.Contact shipping for import and export customs clearance. 9.Tarcking import and export complete set for ststus 0409 and shipping document and send to account department. 10.Support on time delivery for import and export shipment. 11.Update import and export shipment status. 12.Import and export monthly report to account department.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in import - export. Male or Female age 27-35 Years old.
  2. At least 5 years overall in import - export.
  3. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Committed to contribution to business development.
  6. Good communication in English or Chinese.
  7. Self-motivated, open-minded, and an innovative thinker.
