1.มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการตัดสินใจร่วมกับผู้บริหารระดับสูง 2.วางแผนการแก้ปัญหาการทำงานไม่ให้เกิดผลกระทบต่องานที่รับผิดชอบ 3.มีหน้าที่ควบคุมการดูแลงานด้าน GA 4.เตรียมข้อมูลและความพร้อมในการตรวจประเมินจากภายนอก เช่น Audit RESA/ Audit SMETA/ Audit ISO 5.ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 - 40 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานด้าน GA อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ,Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีทักษะการบริการจัดการทีมงาน และมีภาวะผู้นำ
ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
สะดวกในการเดินทาง (ไม่มีรถรับส่ง)
