Job Summary The Director is responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of the assigned department. This role requires visionary leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment. The Director will play a critical role in aligning departmental goals with the overall company strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities -Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with corporate objectives. -Lead, mentor, and manage department teams to ensure performance excellence and employee development. -Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and business data to identify opportunities and challenges. -Collaborate with executive leadership to set department goals, KPIs, and budget plans. -Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. -Represent the company in external meetings with key partners, stakeholders, or regulatory bodies as needed. -Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments including finance, HR, marketing, and operations. -Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings and strategic recommendations to the executive team. -Champion organizational change initiatives and support company-wide transformation efforts.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of delivering business results and leading high-performing teams.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  5. Solid understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  6. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  7. Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  8. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  9. Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  10. Strong financial acumen and experience managing department-level budgets.
