Job Descriptions
1. Manage and control the product inspection system to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and requirements. Review and approve product inspection results 2. Prepare monthly summary reports of non-compliant products 3. Monitor and analyse quality status within the process to consider improvements in process and product quality in collaboration with relevant departments 4. Improve and develop inspection processes and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness 5. Plan and provide training, evaluate, and select qualified inspectors, and promote technical knowledge 6. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet requirements or standards 7. Support customer complaints, track progress on complaint resolutions, and prepare problem analysis reports and corrective measures for customers 8. Coordinate with relevant departments to analyse quality issues, identify causes and establish corrective and preventive measures 9. Analyse, invent, or apply technology to reduce waste in the process and prevent waste from defective flow out 10. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering
  2. Basic skill of MS office, or good at Excel will be advantaged
  3. Good communication skills and teamwork
  4. Pleasant personality, Service-oriented minded and Self-motivated
  5. Intermediate to good English skill for writing, reading
  6. TOEIC score 400 will be advantaged
