Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate with the car, book the car with the supplier 2. Coordinate with CS to deliver products according to the date and time specified by the customer. 3. Update deliver information into the system. 4. Check billing documents and submit a bill for vehicle expenses to the accountant
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 25-35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านงานนำเข้าและส่งออก (New Graduated welcome)
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทัศนคติดี และมีความอดทน
  5. มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ พูด อ่าน และ เขียนได้พอใช้
  6. มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษา ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ (Word,Excel)
  8. ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30-17.30 น.
  9. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

-จองรถหัวลากงาน FCL, LCL 4, 6 , 10 ล้อ -ประสานงานและติดตามงานรถขนส่งรถหัวลาก -ทำข้อมูลใบงาน จัดเตรียมรถ ประสานงานเกี่ยวกับการจองรถ(วางแผน) -ประสานกับชิปปิ้ง รวมถึง ประสานงานกับลานและท่าเรือได้ -จัดเก็บเอกสารการขนส่ง, รวมถึงทำวางบิลค่าใช้จ่าย -ติดตามรายงานผล จัดทำรายงาน REPORT อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง -งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
