Job Descriptions
- Operate and manage the overall process of export to Japan, Taiwan, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Papeete and ensure effective operations - Contact shipping agent to reserve vessel or truck for delivering process. - Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, exports or customer issues - Submit documents to the government agency to request the form as required the client such as CO Form D, Form JTEPA etc - Issue related documents such as quotation for Import & Export shipment, Debit Note, Credit Note, Memo - Inspect raw materials stock and export for tax refund under Section 29Bis. - Coordinate with internal departments to issue documents as required such as COA, CERTIFICATE OF FREE SALE - Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports to the management
Qualifications
  1. Male, Female, 27 - 40 years old
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related fields
  3. Experience at least 3 - 5 years in import, export and logistics related fields
  4. Have experience contract BOI, Customer Department, Shipping
  5. Good Command in Business English (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
  6. Strong communication skills and Problem-Solving Skills
