- จัดเตรียมการฝึกอบรม ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน ผู้เข้าอบรม และวิทยากร - สรุปประเมินผลความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม และรายงานการดำเนินงาน - จัดทำอนุมัติงบประมาณประจำเดือน - ประสานหน่วยงาน สถานที่ ก่อนการดำเนินการจัดอบรม - จัดทำหนังสือแจ้งอบรม ทะเบียนรายชื่อ และจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการอบรม - ดูแลสวัสดิการบริษัทฯ - งานประกันสังคม
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/เพศหญิง อายุ 23 ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรม ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
  5. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  6. ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
  7. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
