Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลข้อความและคอมเมนต์จากลูกค้าในช่องทางShopee, Lazada, Facebook, Line Official, Tiktok Shop
2.ประสานงานกับองค์กรต่างๆ
3.จัดทำและตรวจสอบการออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี/ใบแจ้งหนี้จากระบบงานขาย
4.บันทีกบัญชีรายการซื้อ-ขาย-จ่าย-รับประจำเดือน
5.อื่นๆ ที่รับมอบหมาย
6.ทำงาน วัน อาคาร- เสาร์ (8.00-17.00)
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- รักในงานบริการ
- แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีไหวพริบ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้อื่นให้เข้าใจได้ง่าย
- เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี อัธยาศัยดี พูดจาสุภาพ
- มีความรู้และสามารถใช้งาน Facebook Page, Line Official , Shopee , Lazada อย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์เป็น Admin Page , Sale Coordinator เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขาย หรือ เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานด้านต่างๆ
- ถนัดงานขายและการประสานงาน สามารถให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าได้ดี
