Job Descriptions
วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาดทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท บริหารจัดการทีมการตลาด และประสานงานร่วมกับทีมขาย / ทีมออกแบบ / ทีมช่าง วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค เพื่อหาแนวทางเพิ่มยอดขาย สร้างแคมเปญการตลาดทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LINE OA, Website ฯลฯ) ดูแลการสร้าง Content, การออกแบบภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ และกลยุทธ์ Social Media วางแผนและบริหารงบประมาณทางการตลาดอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประเมินผลลัพธ์จากแคมเปญการตลาดและนำมาปรับปรุงเพื่อพัฒนาแผนงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง เป็นที่ปรึกษาและผู้นำทีมการตลาด ให้ทีมมีแรงบันดาลใจและประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งบริหารอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. เข้าใจและสามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือการตลาดดิจิทัล (Facebook/Google Ads, SEO, LINE OA, Analytics ฯลฯ)
  5. มีทักษะวางแผน วิเคราะห์ตลาด และบริหารทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มองภาพรวมของแบรนด์ และวางแผนการสื่อสารได้ดี
  7. มีภาวะผู้นำสูง พร้อมรับผิดชอบงานใหญ่ และขับเคลื่อนทีมงาน
