Job Descriptions

1. Select and establish project team, train and evaluate the staff 2. Support project engineer on the major and important projects 3. Decomposition of the project objectives, tracking implementation, according to the need for timely adjusting programs, revising target 4. Leading &monitoring in the development of major projects, managing and supervising the project operations 5. Organize the project weekly meeting, identify and manage project risk, and report to the project Dept or the top management 6. Responsible for project team building, member score keeper for details apart As APQP procedure 7. Responsible for controlling the project budget, reducing the project costs 8. Assisting the Dept manager to do project plan and major projects investment plan 9. Complete tasks arranged by leaders, and report in time 10. Responsible for the project management process, and maintain the Customer site information

Qualifications

Fluent in English
Major in mechanical, automotive, construction engineer or related, Bachelor’s degree or above.
Familiar with 2D 3D software.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Over 5years experience in project developing.
Have strong communication skills, strong sense.
Responsibility, good cooperation.
