Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำรายการตั้งหนี้เบิกค่าใช้จ่ายในสำนักงาน ,จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย เช็ค-เงินสด ผ่านระบบ SAP 2. จัดทำเอกสารการตั้งหนี้จ่ายเงินกู้/ดอกเบี้ย ผ่านระบบ SAP 3. สรุปและจัดทำรายงานข้อมูลเงินต้น,ดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้, ดอกเบี้ยเงินฝากธนาคารและPost รายการเงินต้น, ดอกเบี้ยรับ-ดอกเบี้ยค้างรับเงินทุกสิ้นเดือน 4. การบริหารจัดการระบบ Cash Management - ติดต่อประสานงานกับธนาคารเพื่อดำเนินการจัดเตรียมแบบฟอร์มการสมัครใช้บริการระบบ Online Banking - ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อนำเสนอบริการระบบ Online Banking - จัดประชุมหารือ, Training User ระบบ Cash Management 5. ดำเนินการ เปิด-ปิด-เปลี่ยนแปลงอำนาจการสั่งจ่ายบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารของบริษัท 6 . ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 23-30 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขา การเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน การธนาคาร 1- 5 ปี
  4. มีความรู้การใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  7. หากเคยใช้ระบบ SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
