Job DescriptionsEnsure factory compliance with Thailand's Labor Protection Act, Factory Act, and client safety standards. Regularly update regulations and ensure implementation.
Develop, maintain, and enforce safety management systems, including emergency response plans, high-risk work permits (LOTO, hot work, etc.), and daily safety inspections.
Conduct factory safety inspections, identify hazards (machine operation, electrical safety, chemical storage, etc.), drive corrective actions, and track closure.
Organize safety training for new hires, annual drills (firefighting, first aid), and specialized training (PPE usage, hazardous chemical handling).
Investigate workplace accidents/near-misses, analyze root causes, develop preventive measures, and submit reports to management.
Oversee firefighting equipment, first aid supplies, and PPE inspections/maintenance to meet client audit requirements.
Lead or support client safety audits (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Bosch), prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards.
Liaise with government safety inspections & third-party audits (TÜV, SGS) to maintain compliance.
Drive 6S, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and other safety improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
