Job Descriptions
1. การสรรหาและว่าจ้าง - วางแผนอัตรากำลังคน - กำหนดแนวทางในการสรรหา - กำหนดรูปแบบในการคัดเลือกบุคลากร - ติดตามผลพนักงานทดลองงาน - วิเคราะห์ปัญหาการ Turn Over ของพนักงาน - สรรหาผู้สมัครตามช่องทางต่าง - นัดสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้นและส่งต่อไปทางแผนก 2.งานควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล - ควบคุมเอกสารสมัครงานของผู้สมัครให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล - ควบคุมเอกสารข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานใหม่และเก่า - ทำลายเอกสารของผู้สมัครงานที่ไม่ผ่านการคัดเลือกตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและตามนโยบายของบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาการบริการทรัพยากรมนุษย์, บริหารธุรกิจ, รัฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์
  3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี ด้านสรรหาทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือด้านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถออกแบบ JD ของแต่ละตำแหน่งงานได้
  5. สามารถออกแบบผังองค์กรหรือ Organizechart ได้
  6. มีทักษะในการสัมภาษณ์งานผู้สมัครที่ดีเยี่ยม
  7. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
  8. มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม
  9. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  10. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  11. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
  12. เรียนรุ้งานได้ไว
