Job Descriptions
บันทึกบัญชีและเอกสารทางบัญชี ทั้งด้านรายรับและรายจ่ายให้ถูกต้องตามหลักการบัญชี ดูแลงานบัญชีด้านลูกหนี้และเจ้าหนี้ (AR/AP) ตั้งแต่การออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ขอซื้อ ขอจ่าย การรับ-จ่ายเงิน การกระทบยอด และการติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระ ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการรับ-จ่ายให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรงตามเงื่อนไข ประกอบยอดคงเหลือทางบัญชี เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และตรวจสอบ ใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชี Express เพื่อบันทึกและตรวจสอบข้อมูลได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งระดับ Senior หรือหัวหน้าทีมบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในหลักการบัญชีไทย และกฎหมายภาษีอากร
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี (เช่น Express) และ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลทางบัญชี
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  7. มีทักษะในการประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมและฝ่ายอื่นๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำงบการเงิน หรือผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้สอบบัญชีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
