1. การตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ 2. การตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิต 3. การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนส่งมอบ 4. การดูแลเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ 5. งานระบบเอกสารและบันทึก 6. การจัดการทั่วไป 7. การควบคุมและการกำจัดสัตว์พาหะนำโรค 8. การติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ 9. จัดการและติดตามสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (์NC)
Qualifications
  1. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบคุณภาพและมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร (Knowledge)
  4. การวางแผนและบริหารจัดการด้านคุณภาพ (Skill)
  5. ภาวะผู้นำและการพัฒนาทีม (Attribute)
  6. การวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ (Skill)
  7. การจัดการกระบวนการและการควบคุมคุณภาพ (Skill)
  8. การจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Attribute)
  9. ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายและข้อบังคับด้านอาหาร (Knowledge)
  10. การสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ (Skill)
  11. การคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมและการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Attribute)
  12. การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหาร (Skill)
