Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมคุณภาพวัตถุดิบต้นน้ำ 2. การจัดทำเอกสารและรายงานผล 3. การจัดการทั่วไป 4. การปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน หยุดเสาร์ - อาทิตย์
Qualifications
  1. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านระบบการจัดการคุณภาพอุตสาหกรรมอาหารไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
  4. มีความสามารถในการคิดเชิงระบบ และจับประเด็นเชิงวิเคราะห์ได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหลายฝ่าย
  6. สามารถใช้งาน Google Sheets / Gmail/ Google docs/ Google drive/ CANVA/ Google slide/ PowerPoint / Chat GPT ได้ดี
  7. มีความรู้เรื่องการควบคุมอุณหภูมิและการจัดเก็บอาหารเพื่อป้องกันอันตรายทางชีวภาพ เคมี และกายภาพ
  8. เข้าใจระบบคุณภาพ ได้แก่ HACCP, GHP (จำเป็น)
  9. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมคุณภาพวัตถุดิบในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร บรรจุภัณฑ์ และการควบคุมมาตรฐานคุณภาพการขนส่ง
  10. สามารถสื่อสารกับทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
  11. มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  12. มีการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงตรรกะที่ดี
  13. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ
  14. มีความกระตือรือร้น
  15. มีความ ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์
  16. มีการการวางแผนที่ดี
