Job Descriptions1. Identifying prospects list and updating profile information.
2. Create new contact database and update profile information.
3. Build leads and prospects through all lead generation activity online and offline.
4. Providing basic consult IT solution services (ERP, Supply Chain, Planning, WMS, TMS, Accounting, Cloud etc.)
5. Understand client basic requirements and propose appropriate IT solution services.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth consultation about the solutions to clients.
7. Promote the company’s products and services to prospects.
8. Build relationships with prospects to drive the project.
9. Nurture leads to be qualified and transferred to sales team.
10. Coordinate with marketing team to create lead generation campaigns, as well as successfully execution of marketing initiatives and activities.
11. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reports needed changes.
12. Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
13. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
