Job Descriptions1.Managing administration jobs to support Executives and Sales Teams.
2.Monitoring and managing information to input in CRM system such as Account (Customer Information) module, Deals module, Contacts module etc. for correct DATA Base.
3.Monitoring and managing project code for Project Team in Project system, and coordinate with Sales Team, Project Team and Accounting Team for inform about project code and information related with the project.
4.Monitoring and managing Timesheet of PS Team in Project system
5.Following up PS Members to submit the timesheet and follow up Project Owner/PM to approve the timesheet.
6.Coordinating with Sales and Accounting Team about commercial information and documents related with the orders such as Quotation, Customer’s PO, Man-day sheet, contract etc.
7.Coordinate with Support Team (Nexus’s Helpdesk) for request create new Account and User in Zoho Desk system.
8.Coordinate with customers or partners based on related tasks responsibility.
9.Supporting to draft and prepare the contracts from the Agreement template for sent to management review, approve and signing
10.Preparing and Delivery the contracts to customers for sign and follow up sign back contracts from customers.
11.Being Responsible for keep and maintains Customer Agreement signed, NDA signed, Partner Agreement signed, Subcontractor Agreement signed, Teaming Agreement signed and any documents related with Customers & Partners.
12. Taking care process duty stamp for Customer’s Agreement.
13.Taking care and recording data information under work responsibilities , Providing Report , Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures , Any other tasks assigned by the direct commandant.
