Job Descriptions

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Monitor employee performance, provide guidance and training, and enforce company policies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and product quality. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery. Lead shift meetings and communicate key production goals and updates to team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a shift-based schedule if required.
