Job Descriptions1.Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Procurement teams to develop and source cosmetic packaging components such as glass bottles, pump bottles, lipstick tubes, cream jars, sachets, etc.
2.Analyze packaging materials in terms of function, aesthetics, product compatibility, and production feasibility.
3.Coordinate with local and international suppliers to source high-quality materials that meet company standards while ensuring cost efficiency.
4.Review and approve packaging specifications, BOMs, and technical drawings in collaboration with the technical team.
5.Support strategic sourcing activities such as RFQs, cost breakdown analysis, and the development of new suppliers.
6.Conduct packaging durability tests such as drop tests, leakage tests, and compatibility tests with cosmetic formulas.
7.Collaborate with QA/QC departments to inspect packaging material quality and verify supplier certifications such as GMP, ISO 22716, FSC.
8.Stay up-to-date with cosmetic packaging trends including sustainable packaging, refill systems, minimalist design, and luxury aesthetics.
9.Prepare technical documentation and evaluation reports for packaging projects.
