Job description 1.1 To manage and control overall shipping process to achieve smooth operation and fulfill customers’ requirements 1.2 To give consultation for shipping officers to perform correct and prompt customs process 1.3 To give consultation to the customers about customs regulations and import/export privileges 1.4 To supervise project cargo loading/unloading in/out the terminal 1.5 To implement and execute wok in accordance with procedure all air, sea and land freight (Import / Export shipping) 1.6 Maintain good relationship with the internal/external customers 1.7 Other ad-hoc duty as assigned by direct superior

Qualifications

At lease 3 years’ experience in international freight forwarding (Import / export Overland , Air and Sea)
2-3 years in international freight forwarding/3PL.
Deep knowledge of Thailand customs procedures (e.g., e-Customs system).
Strong coordination skills to align sales, warehouse, and transport teams.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments (overtime during peak seasons).
