- อ่านคอมเม้นและตอบคำถามในไลฟ์สด เช่น โปรโมชั่น - แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น เช่น การเปลี่ยนไซซ์ การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ - จัดการแจ้งเตือนไลฟ์สดทางแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ต่างๆ - เก็บฟีดแบค คำถามบ่อย (FAQ) เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงงานบริการ - สรุปรายงานยอดการตอบแชต, คอมเมนต์ หรือจำนวนลูกค้าที่ให้บริการ - ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในห้องไลฟ์ร่วมกับทีม - เซ็ทระบบหน้ากล้องและหลังกล้องให้พร้อม - ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีมไลฟ์ ทีมแพ็คหรือแอดมิน - การตั้งราคาและโปรโมชั่นในแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆช่วงแคมเปญ - เช็คข้อมูลสินค้า สต็อคสินค้าและสถานะของสินค้า - ให้ข้อมูลกับลูกค้าระหว่างการไลฟ์สดหรือกิจกรรมพิเศษในออนไลน์ - ในช่วงที่ทีมไม่ได้ไลฟ์ สามารถเป็นผู้ช่วยหรือประสานงานกับทีม Marketing ได้ - ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (หยุด 2 วันไม่ตรง เสาร์ - อาทิตย์)

  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25-30ปี
  2. ชอบการทำงานเป็นทีม
  3. มีไหวพริบดี รับมือและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  4. มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเรียนรู้ได้เร็ว
  5. บุคลิกดี กล้าแสดงออก มั่นใจในตัวเอง
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบและตรงต่อเวลา
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (กลางวัน-กลางคืน)
