Job Descriptions
- วางแผนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรตามแผนกำลังคนขององค์กร - ดูแลกระบวนการสัมภาษณ์และการคัดเลือก รวมถึงการทำสัญญาจ้าง - ประสานงานกับหัวหน้างานในแต่ละแผนกเพื่อตอบโจทย์ความต้องการด้านบุคลากร - เป็นที่ปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับนโยบายของบริษัทฯ - ดูแลการรับข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้งในที่ทำงาน - วางแผนและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะพนักงาน - ประเมินผลและจัดทำรายงานการพัฒนาบุคลากร - เก็บข้อมูลด้านตลาดแรงงาน - ดำเนินการสรรหา ให้สอดคล้องกับระบบคุณภาพบริษัทฯ - จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลด้าน HR ให้ผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง/เพศชาย อายุ23-33 ปี
  2. จบปริญญาตรี สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ทำงานในสาย HR อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และการจัดการทรัพยากรทั่วไป
  5. ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
  6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  7. สามารถไปปฎิบัติงานตามสาขาต่างๆได้ชั่วครั้งชั่วคราว ( ขับรถยนต์ได้ )
