Job Descriptions
1. ดูแล และ PM ฐานข้อมูลภายในบริษัท 2. ดูแลและแก้ไขอุปกร์ต่างๆ ที่ผู้ใช้เปิด Ticket ในระบบ 3. จัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ IT ตามที่ได้รับการร้องขอ 4. การควบคุมและดูแลระบบ CCTV 5. การควบคุมดูแลระบบ Access Door 6. สอนการใช้งานต่างๆให้แก่ User และเพื่อร่วมงาน 7. ดูและระบบ Window Server 8. สร้าง Domain และ Subdomain ให้กับผู้พัฒนาระบบ 9. สร้าง Hosting และวางไฟล์ระบบที่ได้รับการพัฒนาและชี้ค่าได้ถูกต้อง ปฏิบัติงานจันทร์-ศุกร์ หยุดเสาร์อาทิตย์ 08.30-17.00 น.
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือหญิง อายุ ระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยากรคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IT
  3. มีความรู้และทักษะด้านการบริการแก้ไขปัญหา Softwareโปรแกรมและเครื่องมือต่างๆเช่น การเชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย (Networking)
  4. ูดูแลระบบปฏิบัติการ window server
  5. มีความรู้การใช้งานระบบ Mail Outlook
  6. เข้าใจระบบ Hosting ,Domain ,SubDomain ,SSL และสามารถใช้งานคำสั่งระบบฐานข้อมูล SQL(MSSQL, MySQL)ได้
  7. มีความรู้การจัดการระบบ Admin ของ Microsoft 365 และ Adobe Acrobat Pro
  8. มีประสบการณ์ ใช้งาน UniFi Controller และ UnifiAccess Point จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ **
  9. มีประสบการณืการใช้งาน ระบบ Microsoft ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ **
  10. มีทักษะความรู้การใช้งาน MongoDB, PostgreSQLจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ **
  11. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร มีความเเข้าใจระหว่างผู้ใช้งาน มีทักษะในการพูดที่เข้าใจได้ง่าย และต้องให้คำแนะนำและแก้ปัญหา
  12. มีความสามารถในการจัดสรรเวลาให้เหมาะสมกับงานต่างๆและความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยี
  13. มี Team work และทำงานภายใต้สภาวะงานที่กดดันได้เช่นเวลาที่มีจำกัด การจัดการข้อมูลที่มีความสำคัญ ปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน
