Job Descriptions
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery. - Monitor and control raw materials and in-process inventory to support production needs. - Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics departments. - Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers or customers regarding production plans and material supply. - Analyze material usage, production efficiency, and delivery accuracy to identify and resolve potential issues. - Update and maintain production reports, schedules, and related documentation. - Act as a translator or interpreter between Chinese and Thai teams when necessary. - Coordinate with internal departments to align material availability and production output.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  2. Male, aged not over 40 years old.
  3. Proficient in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing); English and Thai skills are a plus.
  4. At least 1–2 years of experience in production planning, material control, or warehouse management.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  7. Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
