โปรดแนบ Resume/CV* Please attached your Resume/CV* - ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาพนักงานใหม่ - จัดการเรื่องสวัสดิการและสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ ให้พนักงาน - ประสานงานกับทีมงานเพื่อพัฒนาและฝึกอบรม - ดูแลและจัดการประวัติการทำงานรวมทังเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องของพนักงานและหน้าร้าน - มีความรู้ด้านกฏหมายแรงงาน Responsibilities: - Oversee recruitment and hiring process - Manage employee benefits and welfare programs - Coordinate with teams for training and development - Maintain and manage employee records and related documents for both staff and the restaurant - Knowledge about Thai Law - Thai nationality Only

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรีในสาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, จิตวิทยา, หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี / At least 2-3 years of experience in HR
ทักษะในการสื่อสารและการบริหารคน / Strong communication and people management skills
มีความเข้าใจในกฎหมายแรงงาน / Knowledge of labor laws
