Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: - ดูแลและจัดการระบบการจองโต๊ะ (booking system) ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ - ต้อนรับลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพและให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับร้าน - ประสานงานกับทีมหน้าร้านและครัวเพื่อจัดการที่นั่งให้เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า - ตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น Line, Facebook, Instagram, โทรศัพท์ ฯลฯ - ดูแลภาพลักษณ์หน้าร้านและให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างเป็นมิตร - รับเรื่องร้องเรียนเบื้องต้นและประสานต่อให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง Responsibilities: - Manage table reservations both online and offline - Greet guests at the entrance and provide basic information about the restaurant - Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for efficient seating and flow - Respond to customer inquiries via Line, Facebook, Instagram, phone, etc. - Maintain a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence - Handle basic customer complaints and pass them on to the relevant team - Support promotions and marketing campaigns when needed
Qualifications
  1. Female, male or LGBT+ aged 22-35 / เพศหญิง/ชาย LGBT+ อายุ 22-35 ปี
  2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field / วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. Pleasant personality with a passion for customer service / บุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้ม และมีใจรักในการบริการ
  4. Minimum 2 year of experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles / มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Host หรือบริการลูกค้าในร้านอาหาร/โรงแรมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  5. Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) / สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูด/อ่าน/เขียน)
  6. Able to use Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and booking systems / ใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, และระบบจองโต๊ะได้
  7. Flexible to work in shifts and on holidays / พร้อมทำงานเป็นกะ / วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Customer-focused attitude
  10. Multitasking and time management
  11. Problem-solving ability under pressure
  12. Fluent in Thai and English**
