Job Descriptions
-วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาดทั้งออนไลน์-ออฟไลน์ให้กับแบรนด์ร้านอาหารของเรา (Social Media, Website, PR) -คิดแคมเปญน่าสนใจ เช่น โปรโมชั่นเมนูใหม่ วันพิเศษ หรือเทศกาลญี่ปุ่น -ดูแล Social Media และช่องทางการสื่อสารต่าง ๆ ให้ภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์โดดเด่น -วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้า ความชอบ และเทรนด์การกินใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการตลาด (CRM) -ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีมเชฟ ฝ่ายออกแบบ และทีมหน้าร้าน เพื่อให้ทุกไอเดียกลายเป็นจริง -วางแผนงบประมาณการตลาด และวัดผลแต่ละแคมเปญแบบมืออาชีพ
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุตั้งแต่ 30 ถึง 37 ปี
  2. จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือใกล้เคียง
  3. ประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด 7 ปีขึ้นไป (ถ้าเคยทำธุรกิจร้านอาหาร Elegant / Premium / F&B จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. รู้จักและเข้าใจพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคสายกินในยุคนี้
  5. เข้าใจ Digital Marketing + มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ + มีระบบวัดผลที่ชัดเจน
  6. มีทักษะบริหารทีม และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างลื่นไหล
  7. มีสายตาและเซนส์ทางแบรนด์ เข้าใจการสื่อสารแบบ Elegant / Premium
  8. ถ้าสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะยิ่งดีมาก!
  9. รักอาหารญี่ปุ่น เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นและพร้อมเรียนรู้ด้วยใจจริง
