Job Descriptions
- Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing, ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, service and profitability for the organization - Ensuring the team understands that the organization’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities including relationships and risk management - Maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities - Developing plans for the organization’s progress and growth - Developing strategic plans for team activities to achieve targets
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Thai national, over 35 years old
  2. Bachelor or Master's degree in related fields, IE background will be an advantage
  3. At least 5 years experiences working in manufacturing environment
  4. Leadership with ability to motivate and manage in a manufacturing environment
  5. Hands-on with strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills
  6. Enthusiastic, fast learning, open-minded, eager for new work experiences with positive and flexible attitude
  7. Good team motivation & passion, guide team to have good performance
  8. Strong logical thinking and analytical skill, problem solving skill and decision making with technical knowledge
  9. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese proficiency will be an advantage
