We’re Hiring: Senior Real Estate Advisor – Industrial & Logistics Properties
Location: Bangkok | Hybrid Work Model
At Industrial Property Advisors (IPA), we help multinational and Thai companies navigate the
warehouse and factory real estate market with clarity, confidence, and integrity. We’re
expanding our team and seeking a Senior Real Estate Advisor to lead transactions and consult
with clients on industrial property strategy across Thailand and the Asia Pacific region.
We're not just looking for traditional agents—we want extraordinary professionals from
diverse, hands-on industries like construction, equipment sales, logistics, delivery, and
factory management who are ready to transition into real estate sales and consulting. If you
understand how warehouses and factories operate, this is your chance to turn that knowledge into

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales and leasing transactions of warehouses, factories, and industrial land
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process—site selection, due diligence, negotiation,
and closing
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market
research
• Train and mentor new agents while supporting junior team members
• Create financial analyses, proposals, and market presentations tailored to client needs
• Manage and expand your personal portfolio of listings and exclusive mandates
• Collaborate with IPA leadership on strategic business initiatives

Qualifications
- Min. 3 Years Experience in commercial/industrial property or industrial operations
- Strong negotiation, client service, and presentation skills
- English Speaking with Good Communication Skills
- Financial literacy and analytical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant field experience is equally valued
