Job Descriptions
1.The implementation of PQC staff training, supervision, in-Process inspection do not conform to the review and disposal;
2. Made annual external inspection plan and followed up the implementation, and kept external inspection report
3. Handle and track abnormal process , confirm and judge defective process ; Bad history of in-Process during the merging process.
4, PQC inspection is carried out according to standard sampling and standard inspection, supervision and audit, and correction.
5. Led the processing of abnormal quality in the production process and the statistics and analysis of poor process, followed up the effectiveness of process improvement to confirm and feedback; Prevent undesirable spread and outflow.
6. Deal with abnormal quality conditions from time to time every day, execute according to document requirements, issue "internal quality abnormal order" when necessary, and track the processing results and improvement effect.
7. Responsible for process nonconformity review and tracking and processing of abnormal quality feedback
8. Follow up the trial production of new products, summarize the abnormal quality control found in the trial production process, and follow up research and development for improvement.
9. The initiation and resumption of the suspension notice shall be implemented according to the opinions of superior leaders
10, responsible for process control and sample sampling, and send testing and tracking its test results; Follow up the process of non-conforming products traceability and after-treatment.
11. Process monthly quality data statistics and submission.
12. Confirm the effectiveness of the improvement measures of the Internal Quality Exception List (issued by OQC)
13. Approval of factory inspection report
14. Accepted customer complaints, responded to 8D reports and followed up the implementation of improvement countermeasures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in QC in product manufacturing processes.
- Have experience in quality assurance (QC) (electronic industry)
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese , English language is highly desirable.
- Flexible and agile to time restraints and/or changes. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
