Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for the entry and statistics of workshop personnel, materials and working hours; 2. Summarize the production status of the workshop, fill in the daily and weekly production reports, and report to the relevant departments; 3. Responsible for the issuance and archiving of workshop documents, as well as the management of public posted documents; 4. Responsible for the attendance discipline of employees in this department, and timely summarize and send to the human resources department; 5. Responsible for the accounting of workshop costs and expenses, and report to the Production Technology Department and the Finance Department in a timely manner; 6. Establish a material collection system within the workshop to ensure that the material distribution procedures are complete and to establish good original records for cost accounting; 7. Responsible for the actual material collection and tracking of the production line every day, providing true and accurate material collection data to the production planner, and preparing statistical summary reports; 8. Track energy consumption and daily unit consumption loss chart, and promptly report any abnormalities to the production manager to find out the reasons and make corrections; 9. Prepare daily and monthly analysis reports on production, cost, loss, etc. according to actual production conditions, complete cost analysis, attend relevant meetings, make meeting arrangements and follow up.
Qualifications
  1. High school education or above, more than 1 year of experience as a warehouse manager or material clerk;
  2. Familiar with the production and management process of electrical appliance factory workshops, material control process, and personnel attendance management;
  3. Proficiency in ERP, PLM, OA, MES, Office and other office software is preferred;
